Building a synergy between mentors’ field practices and teacher-trainees’ performance in student teaching

The gradual change from the position of a teacher-trainee to role teacher depends on effective teamwork between educational institutions and wider education community. Hence, this<strong> </strong>study ascertained relationship field practices college deans, supervising instructors, school principals, teachers teaching performance teacher-trainees. A descriptive-correlational study was employed in this study. rating scale used collect data mentors teacher-trainees who served as respondents.
